Summer Season Fruits

Daily we are just walking around the summer season,But there is a little time to chill out ourself by taking fruits.In summer season every city corner and villages the only fruit we can see known as water melon.Watermelon is the one of the best fruit it contains lot of waters to boost our energy and avoid from sun radiation.

 Sweety and juicy watermelon is actually packed with some of the anti-oxditants.In city's its one of the hot fruit everyone preffered to buy for their home.Watermelon is an excellent source of vitamin C and a very good source of vitamin A, notably through its concentration of beta-carotene.


 The watermelon fruit, loosely considered a type of melon (although not in the genus cucumis), has a smooth exterior rind (green, yellow, and sometimes white) and a juicy, sweet interior flesh (usually pink, but sometimes orange, yellow, red, and sometimes green if not ripe).its one of the tasty fruit i ate ever.Tender Coconut water is a nutritious,thirst quenching and healthy drink.good healthy drink to escape from the summer season.The pure and sweet tender coconut possess rich in minerals ,its has a natural source of sugar ,carbohydrates,sodium and water.These are two fruits to spend your summer vacation with cool.
