Everyone knows smoking is injurious to health,But still make of them using the tobacco products and they were addicted to them.Chain smokers says that tobbaco is the best for tension free and style too.Teenagers are addicted to tobbaco and they cant overcome the tobacco habit.Smoking inflicts body with many irreversible damages and reduces the human life span.Smoking destroys small hairs present in upper parts of airways. In normal persons these hairs protect lungs from germs. Smoking causes heart burn ,delays healing of peptic ulcers, increases risk of crohn's disease and formation of gall stones. It affects liver and increases chances of stomach cancer.Smoking impairs erections and can become a reason for erectile dysfunction. It affects semen and also reduces sperm count and impairs sperm motility. But these are reversed after stopping smoking.
“Smoking is injurious to health” its clearly written over the cigarette packets, even then millions around the globe are fond or we can say are addicted to smoking.Smoking not only affects the person who really smokes but also the passive smoker who stands nearby to a smoker and inhales the smoke. To the pregnant women both passive and active smoking is injurious not only for the mother but also for the unborn baby. This may lead to miscarriage, an underweight baby or baby with clefted lips.The habit that began with as a juvenility turns out to be a stronger addiction and in many cases continuous till death.
To all those who want to quit smoking... the easiest way is to quit smoking is to 1st stop smoking one whole ciggerette... just drag 2 or 3 puffs and throw it... that is only when you feel that you got to smoke...and then quit completely... after about a week you would feel hatred for ciggerets or even the smell of it... most important is to cut out moving around with smoking companion or friends...
